The Origins

It all started in 2000, after Jeff had been looking for commercially-viable screenplays for about six months. Having come up empty-handed, he had an idea:

Why not offer a dynamic screenwriting program, and teach writers how to write for the market? After they were finished, they'd be writing screenplays Embryo Films could produce.

Well, two-and-a-half years, 400 participants, six cities, and a 100% recommend rate later, and the screenwiting education side of the business had completely taken over. It was time to move it, and get back to business.
